Noemi Happart walked away with the crown after she bested 19 Belgian delegates during the grand coronation night held last Saturday at the Casino Knokke-Heist. Closest to winning the tittle was Sherine Dandoy as first runner-up and followed by Melissa Vingerhoed as second runner-up. Noemi will now be Belgium's official delegate for the upcoming Miss World and Miss Universe respectively. Two pageants in a row for this blonde-haired beauty queen this year! What do you think are her chances?
