She has been to five continents advocating for health and education for those less fortunate in over 15 countries. In South Sudan, she started a Children's Home and Elementary School. She's currently the Marketing Coordinator for a local Insurance Brokerage Firm.

"Today's woman has to show that she can handle whatever is thrown her way. Women have to exceed expectations, not just meet requirements."

Miss Arizona: Rachel Massie

She is a model and certified laser technician. She is pursuing a business degree and dreams of owning her own spa.

"Thanks to my upbringing, I am now independent, responsible, and goal-oriented. This has led me to have a passion to serve others, pursue new experiences, and be a role model/mentor."

Miss Arkansas: Hannah Billingsley

Age: 22

Hannah is enrolled at the University of Central Arkansas taking up Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders to pursue her dream to become a Speech Language Pathologist. She has been involved in a plethora of organizations and philanthropic events, helping to raise more than 10,000 USD for charities.

"Instead of letting negative experiences bring me down, I use them as motivation to dream bigger and work even harder to prove just how far I can go in my life."

Miss California: Mabelynn Capeluj
Hometown: San Diego
Height: 5'8''
Age: 21

She is currently studying Broadcast Journalism at Chapman University. 
She's the spokesperson for the National Psoriasis Foundation & the Ambassador for the Walk to Cure Psoriasis in Los Angeles & San Franciso. She was diagnosed with this chronic autoimmune disease at the age of 16 & is proud to raise
awareness and funds for this great cause. 

"My parents have instilled strong work ethics & good values in me. I have worked hard for everything life & I am proud to say I did it all on my own and nothing has ever been handed to me."
