Miss Earth-Air 2014 Andrea Neu of USA

Twenty-three years old, Andrea Neu made history when she

Swimsuit Round
clinched the Miss Earth-Air 2014 title during the pageant's 14th edition finale held last Saturday night in the UP Theatre, at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. She's the very first American beauty winner of Miss Earth-Air title and so far the highest placement ever achieved from the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave since the inception of Miss Earth beauty pageant.

It's interesting to note that Andrea competed and represented USA in two of the Big 4 beauty pageants in the world, the first was Miss International 2013 in Japan where

she placed as one of the Top 15 Semi-Finalists to the eventual winner, Bea Rose Santiago of the Philippines and the recent one was the Miss Earth 2014 where she nabbed the title of Miss Earth-Air 2014 (equivalent to first runner-up) and became one of the reigning elemental court titleholders to the grand winner, Jamie Herrell of the Philippines. Therefore, it is safe to say that the beautiful Andrea can be the lucky charm of Miss Philippines' success in two of the world's biggest Alpha pageants and having been able to win two national beauty pageants from her homecountry, the Colorado-based beauty is also considered to be the first American woman to hold two national beauty titles.

Andrea Neu of USA competes in her National Costume, Swimsuit and Evening Gown during the Miss Earth 2014 edition.

So what's next for Andrea Neu after her reign as Miss Earth-Air 2014? Can we see her soon in the other two Big 4 pageants - Miss World and Miss Universe? Considering her beauty and achievements in the world of pageantry, it surely ain't a remote possibility:)
