Binibining Pilipinas 2015 Second Runner-Up Kimverlyn Suiza is a former Miss Philippines Earth-Air 2013 winner who resigned during her reign so she could join the 2014 Binibini edition where she went home empty-handed. Her current placement is definitely an upgrade from last year's loss.

Binibining Pilipinas 2015 First Runner-Up Hannah Ruth Sison is last year's Second Runner-Up. You can see it right through her face the disappointment and the heartache. Apparently, this is her third and last attempt to win a crown but alas it's really never meant for her. Nonetheless, the courageous Binibini greatly deserves a commendable pat on the back for a job well done! After all her First Runner-Up honor is an improvement from last year.
Update: Proclaimed Bb. Pilipinas-Intercontinental Christi Lynn McGarry might switch crown with Bb. Pilipinas-Supranational Rogelie Catacutan since the former had already competed in Miss Intercontinental 2010 edition where she landed in the Top 15 and even won the special award of Queen of Asia and Oceania. Mutya ng Pilipinas was the former franchise holder of Miss Intercontinental before the BPCI took over in 2014. McGarry won the Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific in 2010 where she earned the rights to represent the country in Miss Intercontinental the same year. Her previous participation at the Miss Intercontinental pageant had been overlooked last night during the deliberation of the judging panel. BPCI assured that McGarry will not be left uncrowned and will compete internationally. The lawyers of BPCI are now studying the issue and further announcement will be made thereafter.
